Eli is an out of work network engineer, but when everyone on Earth receives a neural implant and are asked to choose a class, he uses his knowledge to build a website that collects all the information about various classes and skills. When the site suddenly goes viral, he is sitting on the largest store of information about the system and begins helping others with their builds and collect even more data.
