Cassius, a young man orphaned as an infant, is born in a world of supernatural powers. Most political and militaristic organizations are always in search of "artifacts", gem-like items gained from incredibly dangerous dungeons, that grant different immense abilities. Cassius is taken in by a couple from a nation outside of the human nation, Eris. Taught to be strong and how to live, as well as life lessons, Cassius journeys out of the nation he grew up in to find out what happened to his blood-family and see if any are still alive.
