The giganoto growls another shaking vibration throughout as it sees Faylin, Aleena and Lyrian flee, which triggers it's instincts. It steps forward and rushes in but Kyrza creates a tornado around it's head and confuses it's direction.
A few more elves go charging, holding swords, spears, bows, and shields. "Protect your elder," a wood elf yells.
The beast swipes a foot and knocks a few elves out and the elves blast it with arrows. Screams are loud as they charge into battle, their shouts echoing throughout the forest camp. Strikes blow at its legs and neck, trying to bring down this giant monster. It bites one elf and throws him to the air. He lands into it's mouth a again with crunch, and the beast swallows whole.
It charges at the elder, ploughing through the army as if they were nothing but dirt. Elder Kryza blasts a gust of wind to it's head to disorientate it.
"Stay strong!" the elder yells as his gust of wind pushes it away, and it growls a low hum at him. Pain chomps down from a tooth, barely grazing, taking a nibbling chunk out of his shoulder and yanks him in the air. He is slammed on the ground as it's head thrashes down.
"Get up Kryza, don't you die on us now!" An elf yells.
Kyrza sees that the creature is too big and no weapon is doing any damage. Elves are thrown, kicked, and eaten.
Scattering wood rains down from an explosion of the tyrannosaurid ramming his mobile wooden home. Animals stampede their way to escape the chaos.
An elf swings his sword at the leg but it only cuts a few mild scratches on its scaly skin.
The creature is massive. Teeth are razor sharp, and its eyes are wild with anger. Skin is covered in heavy plates. The elves struggle to keep the large, scale plated monster away from them. It stomps through their ranks and tramples many.
Arrows bounce, and whiz passed Kyrza. No arrow is piercing that hardened skin.
It growls and hisses again as it stamps toward Kryza, but the older wood elf holds his ground, using his staff as a leaning crutch.
The giganotosaur snaps its jaws down on him again. The elder blasts him back with a gust of wind and a strike of lightning.
The giganoto slams and lodges deep into a hut, head first, causing it to collapse inwards. People inside are grinding against it's teeth along with furniture getting in the way. Wooden planks fly as it quickly shakes off the debris and charges with savage hate. Kyrza is hit by the small parts of mobile housing. He's thrown onto the ground with bruising and splintering torture.
"Retreat!" An elf screams. The elves scatter and flee. "This is no use."
Elder Kyrza is exhausted but and lays on the ground in shock. His face is scratched and his shoulder is bleeding. Long splinters stick out from his body. He watches the beast tear apart their camp.
Kyrza mutters to himself a small incantation, "by my power. By the powers that I hold, by my gods, by the gods of nature, I call forth the strength of a dragon, by the power of the earth." He whispers, "Myrnard, god of the sky and ground."
The giganotosaurus turns towards the elder and growls angrily, its jaws snapping shut as it approaches Kyrza. Yet the distance shines brightly in the day, a small flapping creature in sight of the sun comes near.
Kyrza lifts up his head and smiles from the ground whispering, "nature always heals it's protectors."
"Elder we must retreat to the forest!" An elf yells to him.
The elder stands to his feet and slowly lifts his arms up and smiles with hope and glee. A fierce giganotosaurus opens wide ready for a snack. But a jolt in surprise, a monster impact shakes the ground as a dragon lands behind the beast that threatens the camp. Wings flap once more as it's head tilts down at the beast in a glare.
Kryza smirks as his face bleeds, his shoulder aches, "the gods are always with us."
A massive beast looms above the dinosaur and roars loudly. Its scales gleam in the sunlight as its wings unfold and spread out like an eagle. The dinosaur rears its head and bellows, trilling a low hum loud enough to shake all chests around. It stomps its foot hard into the earth, cracking the ground beneath the leaden tyrannosaurid.
The two face off against each other as they stare at one another, snarling ferociously. It is a stand off. The giganoto lowers it's head, ready for a hunting attack. No anger is within the eyes, only an instinct of stalk and pursue. It will either attack or prepare for defense.
Kyrza and his soldiers watch on. The two massive creatures clash. The dragon roars as it charges at the other, biting down hard with its teeth. Blood spills everywhere. It struggles to break free, moaning and the dragon's grip remains strong.
The beast swings it's head and slams into the giganotosaurus' side, throwing it to the ground.

However a bash to belly, as the dragon lifts to the air from a ramming giganotosaurus. Myrnard flips to his back on an impact. The giganotosaurus grabs the lower, thick neck of the dragon Myrnard and stretches the long neck. The dragon's long neck makes a u-turn, biting the giganotosaur's neck, grazing the skin.
The giganoto goes in for the head tear but the pain is too much and let's the dragon go.
The dragon is still intact and shakes off the pain from his lower neck. Exhaling, an inferno at the back side of the dinosaur starts to char.
Myrnard roars in victory and stands proudly above the fallen beast.
The dinosaur staggers around and shakes off the pain. The dragon thunder's over to it with it's hardened feet, breathing more flames at it, burning it's skin. It backs away and submits to the unknown power of fire.
Padded feet charges quietly at the dragon. Weight sinks the dirt and grass beneath. Thick and hard headed, it rams it's skull for a head butt and chomps down on the side of the dragon's hide.
It thrashes it's grip and drags the dragon to slide it into a tall tree. The wood elf soldiers cheer and chant as they watch the battle unfold, cheering for the dragon, a symbol of nature for them.
The beast grabs hold of the dragons tail and swings him into the air. The dragon struggles to escape from its grip. It throws him to the side, and chews on the tail.
But wings are beating to regain posture and torpedos into the air to land gracefully. It runs after the dragon and bites down hard, piercing its thick skin.
Myrnard's neck gets caught by the bite of the tyrannosaur, a force of anger and hunger desires for food. Meat is taken. The dinosaur pulls for a bite stringing off the dragon.
Myrnard screeches and thrashes wildly, trying desperately to get away from the monster. He struggles to breathe and gasps in agony.
The giganotosaurus' jaw tears flesh away and it eats and chews it like a raptor. Mix of growls, a victorious war cry, and moans all are snapping jaws at the dragon again. It is peaceful yet threatening eating off the dragon as an animal would.
Now, the dragon claw trapped by the leg, Myrnard flutters in the air and the dinosaur tugs the dragon to pound on the ground with bruising pain. It tears hide once again for more meat and chews, the dragon crying and growing exhausted. Moans echo through the air. Gurgles and low hums come from the giganotosaur's comforting nourishment.
Kyrza yells and points his hand as he blasts an explosive outburst of wind at the creature's face. A large group of elves rush forward to aid their god.
It's head is jerked back and the beast releases its next bite. Growls shake loudly at the elves. They charge forward with their weapons raised. The elves begin attacking the giganotosaurus as one unit and the tyrannosaurid canters it's attention.
Kyrza pounds his staff into the ground, channeling all his energy. Clouds of the sky form at a time lapse, getting darker as lightning strikes and thunder claps through the forest.
Water drops rain down following a downpour. The water washes the dragon's wounds and Kyrza walks over to Myrnard. The elves are still fighting off the dinosaur while losing and Kyrza holds his staff to Myrnard, praying.
"My lord Myrnard, god of earth and sky," he closes his eyes and pleads. "Help your forest. Help these people."
The god opens it's eyes as the water heals and restores him. Breathes are heavy with restful eyes. The dragon's head nudges toward Kyrza.
"You saved us," he tells him with a hand on his slippery snout. "Now I shall return the favor with what I can."
The dragon moans with a sign of friendship and climbs back up and spreads his wings as Kryza backs away. It flies over to the beast, a fire forms from his throat. A breath flames at the giganotosaurus. It screams and wails as it is engulfed by fire then struck by the weight of the dragon, gaping with claws.
Teeth strikes at the side, and counter strikes again. The two are clashing wildly of a death battle between two animals trying to survive. They hold, thrash, bite and nibble. The dragon bellows off of the creature at a stare and growl.
The giganotosaurus stands, proudly at it's prey for a challenge of dominance. The dragon roars back, standing it's ground as the beast growls it's red noise loudly. It charges forward towards the dragon. Myrnard dashes at it's prey and bites hard on it's neck, pulling it to the side and slamming it's sliding, wet body. Trees crack off it's soggy base. Rain pours hard.
The giganotosaurus roars in pain and snaps at the dragon. The dragon smashes it into a rocky cliff and rams again.
Rapid clicks at the mouth of teeth, scares off the predator dragon on two feet, clawing at the nose of the dinosaur. Myrnard grabs the snout with it's short arms and jumps with the help of wings to mount on the back. The dragon jaws lock down on the neck and pushes it down with heavy force. Fire grows inside, burning the throat and eyes of the dragon in rage. A blast of flame pierces through the entirety of the giganotosaurus' neck.
The dinosaur squirms around and spasms, slipping under the wet ground and unable to speak beneath the fiery grip. It's legs are kicking but Myrnard has the advantage of being more stable on four feet while the dinosaur can only balance, making it hard to get up.
Myrnard clutches side to side. It let's go to take a chunk of hide and tosses it. It mimics it's razor teeth meant for tearing flesh. An another chunk taken out from the giganotosaur's neck wound.
Claws dig into the tyrannosaurid's skin, holding down the back body as it gurgles in torment. Scales extend along the arching neck of the dragon to bite down on the nose and pull the head from a rear.
A crack and crunch of bone, a pop in the socket, and a snap. The dragon pulls at the skin until a tear.
A limp head falls from a broken neck as the dragon snaps the spine of the creature, and the giganotosaurus is slain. It lays dead eyed on the ground, no longer moving. Blood pours out of the wounds.
The dragon screeches and exhales a mighty roar of triumph, victorious and standing tall in the cold, wet weather.
Kryza smiles and cheers with the dragon. His manly voices yells to Myrnard as it mimics nature's victory. The elves all around them start to clap, cheering on their god, men and women wet in the rain. A celebration of hugs and fists of happiness ensues, everyone praising their savior.
The dragon leaves with more chunks of bloody flesh in it's mouth. It disappears within the lighting and thunder of the dark clouds.
Kyrza turns to one of his lieutenants with a serious tone, "we must see the village to safety first."
"What about our mission to protect our forest?" she says.
"Our people come first. Then we can send some of our hunters to join Aleena. I need you to help scavenge what you can, and ready the people to move south," he instructs. "Send scouts to contact other neighboring clans. Once we have our alliances, and our villagers rested and guarded, we can charge towards the Ildalla temple to find Aleena."
"Yes Elder!" she says running towards the scattering crowd.
