  First, they looked for a suitable underground river that hadn't dried nor shown signs of drying, before bringing fertile soils from the outside world with the help of their carriages and earth element blessed.

  They also dug as many Sun Ores as they could and planted them around the cave's ceiling.

  Finally, the dwarves created a cave system to let enough air travel around the area.

  With everything ready, the dwarves are filled with hope.

  Although the harvest this season is already doomed. They still have enough grain stored to let the race barely survive.

  As long as most dwarves went to hunt and gather food while waiting for the corps in the underground to ripe, they'd be able to survive once the underground corps went ripe.
