Chapter 7: Elegance is Gone!

It is the only Pokémon capable of learning both Bolt Strike and Thunder Wave, able to generate powerful energy to power its tail engine and release strong electricity, also creating an anti-gravity field that allows it to float and fly through the air without being affected by air resistance or Earth's gravity, while also causing a thunderstorm in that area.
