When he got back to Lifepod he started on completing number 3 on his checklist, which is making equipment needed to survive, firstly among them was the oxygen tank, after he made it, he also made the scanner tool, which could help him acquire more blueprints that are not within the standard emergency blueprints
But that is not all that the scanner tool can do it can also...
So he moved on to number 4 on the checklist, which is inspecting the Lifepods systems, and lucky for him he had all the knowledge required how to solve all the errors, thanks to the memories of Ryley. So the first thing he has to do is make a welding tool.

"PDA What materials are required to make the welding tool?"
"Materials required to make the welding tool are Sulfur, Battery, and Titanium"
"Can you scan the local area for Sulfur?" he asked the PDA
"Scanning Initiated, Detecting sulfur deposits in the local cave systems."
So he followed the directions of the PDA all the way down into the caves, but when he entered them he heard a whistling sound and a red one-eyed fish started swimming towards him at a breakneck pace, he started swimming away, and thank god he did because as soon as he moved away it exploded.
So he went deeper into the cave this time with much more vigilance, and he found out that the sulfur the PDA was detecting was in fact originating from within the explosive red fish, apparently, they use the sulfur to explode, so he picked up the sulfur, and went back up to the Lifepod. He fabricated the welding tool and he used it to repair the Lifepod's secondary systems, as soon as the repairs finished a mechanical voice sounded out from the Lifepod.
"Lifepod secondary systems online. Running full environment diagnostic and outputting results to the databank."
"Leviathan class? PDA What are Leviathan class predators?"
"Displaying Databank Information on Leviathan class organisms"
"No, no no no no no no, I don't believe that I could be this UNLUCKY, whatever God put me here F*** YOU!"
After that brief period of overwhelming panic, Mike was already thinking of how to get the hell off this planet, but the first step of doing that was repairing the radio systems, so he quickly went on to do just that. After finishing the repairs the same voice again sounded out.
"Radio online. Broadcasting emergency distress signal."
"RADIO: This is Aurora. Distress signal received.
The rescue operation will be dispatched to your location in 9...9...9...9...9... hours.
Continue to monitor for emergency transmissions from other lifepods."
After that he immediately fell asleep on the hard metallic floor of the Lifepod.
